High Speed Multi-Services Enabled Network Infrastructure with RF/ISDN Internet connectivity and Converged Network with integrated Voice, Video, and Data. The technology used for this network is one of the latest, current and hi-tech Operating Systems, DLink switches and hubs, high speed networking, E-CAT Cables etc with D-Link certified network, which control the flow of data of these networked computers.
The Institutions are committed to provide the best facilities available to support the students' performance in this NET age. To incorporate emerging technologies, the hub of computer centre is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art server control centre & six computer labs. Server room is well equipped with six high speed IBM Servers (Novell NetWare, Microsoft WinNT, SCO UNIX, Red Hat Linux, Win2000 Server & Win2000 Advance Server).
Computer labs consists of more than 300 workstations powered by Pentium IV & III processor. Win98/WinNT Workstation used on desktop as Operating System , Designing (Dreamweaver, Studio, Flash, Photoshop and CorelDraw), Visual Application (Microsoft Visual Studio.net), Office Suites (Office 2000 & Lotus SmartSuite's), Developer Languages (C, C++, Fortran, Cobol, Delphi, Java, XML, VRML etc.), Case Tools (Project, Visio, Rational), CAD Tools (AutoCAD, Visio Technical) software are installed on workstations. RDBMS, Internet, File / Print Services on TCP/IP, Linux connectivity through Telnet and Unix connectivity through IPX/NVT. Multimedia & Internet is unleashed with ISDN/RF 128kbps connection. Complete power backup is provided with six 5.0 KVA Guard Online UPS & six 7.5 KVA Guard Online UPS (Total 75KVA Online UPS).
Instant high speed Broadband Internet access RF Link of 128 KBPS up to Delhi is provided for 24 Hours Internet Connectivity & Interactive Video-conferencing. DIGITAL LIBRARY (Internal and Online) is also being installed in this session.
